At Nivekart, we strive to provide high-quality jewellery and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and replacement policy below.
Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery for eligible products.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags, packaging, invoices, and certificates intact.
Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for return or refund unless they are received in a damaged or defective condition:
Personalised jewellery Gold or silver coins Utensils or pooja items God idols Earrings (due to hygiene reasons) Clearance or sale items
Product Condition for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be unused and unworn
Have original tags and packaging intact
Include all original accessories, certificates and invoice
If the returned product does not meet these conditions, Nivekart reserves the right to reject the return request.
Missing Items in Return Packages
If any item is missing from the returned package (including promotional items or free gifts), the refund amount may be reduced by up to the full MRP of the missing item.
International Orders
Currently, international orders are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery.
To process such requests, customers must provide:
A clear 360° unboxing video
Photos showing the issue
Claims without valid video proof may not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse, the refund process will begin.
Refunds are initiated within 48 hours after the returned item is received and approved.
The refunded amount may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during checkout.
Exchange & Replacement Policy
Exchanges or replacements are allowed under the same conditions as returns.
Replacement products will only be shipped after the original item has been received and verified at our warehouse.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, customers may choose an alternative product or request a refund.
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the steps below:

Once approved, customers must self-ship the product to our warehouse.
The product must be securely packed in the original packaging.
Customers must share a video of the packing process before shipping the product.
After the product is received and inspected, the refund or replacement process will be initiated.
