Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours after successful payment confirmation.
However, certain products such as personalised or custom-made jewellery may require additional processing time.
If your order includes both personalised and non-personalised items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability.
Shipping Charges
For domestic orders within India, shipping charges range between ₹50 to ₹100, depending on the delivery location and courier service.
For international orders, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
Please note that free shipping is not available on international orders or return shipments.

Once your order is shipped, the tracking details will be shared via:

Customs Duty & Taxes (International Orders)
For international shipments, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling charges may be applicable depending on the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and must be paid by the customer.
Nivekart is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Undelivered Orders
If an order is returned due to incorrect shipping address, incomplete details, or customer non-acceptance, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.

Estimated delivery time within India is usually 3–7 business days after the order has been shipped.
